This form captures one matter type at a time. Please submit it once for each matter type you handle in the Property service area. Allow about 15 to 20 minutes per matter type. Working knowledge is fine; this is a draft to be refined, not a final spec.

If a matter type runs differently in scenarios that change the scope, fees, or documents, please submit a separate form for each variation. For example, a Will for a single person and a Will for a couple are likely to have different scope, fees, and documents — submit one form for each. Use the Variation field on the next page to label what's different about this submission.

Input as much as you can. If you're not sure about something, type PLACEHOLDER in that spot rather than leaving it out or guessing.
