PMS Workflow Capture | Operations & Finance

This form captures one process at a time. Operations and Finance work cuts across all practice areas: intake, billing, trust, debtors, month-end, registers. Submit this form once for each process you run regularly. Allow about 15 minutes per process.
We've used 'process' instead of 'matter type' here, but the seven elements are the same as the practice-area forms.
If a process runs differently in scenarios that change the steps, cost or time impact, or documents and systems used, please submit a separate form for each variation. For example, a Trust receipt for a cheque vs an electronic transfer may have different steps and systems — submit one form for each. Use the Variation field on the next page to label what's different about this submission.
Input as much as you can. If you're not sure about something, type PLACEHOLDER in that spot rather than leaving it out or guessing.
