Alan AI Receptionist — testing

Test Alan at https://gplaw.com.au/alan-sandbox
Pick any of the 12 scenarios to test (could probably run two or three in a single conversation). Follow the pointers and note anything Alan gets wrong or says oddly. Mention conversation IDs if they appear. Transfer errors are expected (routing is not configured yet). Focus on whether Alan handles the conversation sensibly and note down if he abruptly ends the call.
